Kelly Lynn Lunde
Kelly is a somatic practitioner who approaches this work through the innate and vast intelligence of the body and its many dimensions. She cites her own history resolving C-PTSD and sexual trauma in childhood with the help of psilocybin, as foundational in her training as a facilitator. She loves helping people embrace the full spectrum of human emotion and open to paradigms they never thought possible.
She perceives most traditional mental health diagnoses as adaptive environmental responses, and believes that affirming and relating to ourselves and conditions exactly as they are, is how we begin to release unhelpful patterns and build a more integrated expression and embodiment of self. She holds a deep commitment to clients being their own healers and has profound reverence for the lineage of this work across cultures, citing many teachers locally and abroad.
She practices Somatic Experiencing and uses a variety of modalities including parts work, somatic inquiry and exploration of the psyche/spirit through movement and vocalizing. As an artist, she loves helping clients unlock creativity, sensuality and expression and believes many of our ailments manifest from unrealized creative pursuits.
Kelly utilizes a combination of live instrumentation/vocals and recorded music in her sessions. She tends to work with a wide variety of clients, but often with those who have histories of acute trauma in childhood (physical, emotional, sexual), LGBTQIA+ folks, clergy members, Arabic speaking populations and individuals seeking to strengthen their intuition and lean in to a more mystical experience of life.
