We offer group psilocybin and sound healing ceremonies at InnerTrek Services on Portland’s inner east side. With two preparation sessions and two integration sessions surrounding a day-long journey, you will be held by caring, skilled facilitators prepared to mindfully tend to you and your experience every step of the way.

Through both recorded music and a suite of live instruments–including singing bowls, chimes, drums, gong, flute, and more–we create a safe, welcoming space for inner and outer attunement.

Sound consists of vibrations that affect us on a cellular level, impacting brain, nerve, muscle, and organ function. Sound healing aims to channel the power of these vibrations, easing mind and body into a balanced, receptive state in which the psyche can work optimally with the medicine. Intentional use of music can also augment or intensify the medicine experience on both somatic and emotional levels.
