I cannot thank Amy enough for the amazing things she did to ensure my journey was the best experience that I could of had. She treated me like family (we are fellow Veterans) and guided me every step of the, from Pre-session work, to the journey, and now into post integration work, Amy is the person you want on your team, in your corner, in your Squad. She is truly talented and I am very proud to call her my friend. The whole experience with Immersive Therapies was what one should expect, to tier service by professionals in a profession that they love. There was never a question as to why this universe connected Amy with me for my first experience; later I found that greater powers were in control than just an open opportunity. I walked into those doors knowing it was my last day on this Earth. I needed the greatest miracle. She saved me.

She understands people like me; the ones who carry everything, who don’t easily let go. And somehow, she creates a space where you finally can. And good grief I fought it. The hardest part was just giving in to your self; letting the preconceived notions of who you are go and just “being”. Amy became the one person in this universe who actually saw me.

She weaves together grounded presence, Indigenous wisdom, and even spiritual protections. She made it safe enough to go where I needed to go.

And then everything opened. My world; my unique world where I could begin the true work. The first acknowledgement of my true being. My soul on full display. Amy took me there.

I found connection; not just to myself, but to something much larger. The mycelial network became more than a legend; it became a place of belonging. A place I can return to, even now. And I do often. Not through psychedelics, but the knowledge that I’ve been there.

I walked in overwhelmed. I walked in dying. I walked in crying my last tears.

I walked out alive in a way I hadn’t imagined. And Amy was there through the old, the war, the rebirth, and the aftercare. She’s still there.

Please understand that Amy is not guiding you through an experience; she guides you through life. What I experienced was her battling the biggest war of simply entering myself. Seeing the truth instead of just feeling the emotions. She helped me break into something that years of therapy never touched; the beautiful visualization of your own mind. And NOW the real work begins.

I had been struggling with depression and anxiety for the last some 8 years. I had tried talk therapy, ketamine therapy and ayahuasca but nothing was able to really resolve the thoughts of overwhelming hopelessness. After my session with Amy is the first time I have felt truly alleviated of my mental and emotional burdens after so long. A few days after the session I started to feel a lightness in my chest like I did when I was a child. I cannot describe how unbelievable this is (and the journey itself). It takes a truly loving and brave soul (and someone with a deep personal understanding of the journey) to sit with people as they traverse through their journey processing darkness and finding their own profound core and light (it sounds cliche but on the journey this is the best I can describe it). Throughout the experience I just really appreciated Amy having the faith I would come out ok.
I can see how this powerful experience on mushrooms could be more volatile if not guided by someone with good faith. It takes strength and love to hold that faith for someone and I think that was the key to my healing. I hope whoever is reading this find that you will be in good hands with her.
