I am a Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator in training who works from a trauma-informed, client-centered framework. My clinical experience, along with my trauma-focused training in EMDR, informs how I approach natural medicine facilitation through each phase of a client’s journey. I also have specialized experience working with first responders and understand the unique stressors and trauma exposures that can come with these roles.

I prioritize client safety, consent, and an individualized assessment of each person’s readiness for a journey. I believe in using a structured, intentional, and paced preparation process that supports nervous system regulation according to each individual’s capacity. This approach is especially important when supporting individuals who have experienced cumulative trauma, chronic stress, or high-intensity professional environments.

As an eco-therapy certified clinician, I deeply value the role that natural settings play in supporting mental health and emotional regulation. I incorporate nature into both my clinical practice and natural medicine facilitation as a way to enhance grounding, perspective, and overall well-being.

I bring a warm, caring, and mindful presence to my work, and I strive to help clients feel connected, respected, and valued throughout the process. My understanding of trauma dynamics informs my clinical approach and supports a high standard of professionalism and ethical awareness. I believe healing is most effective when it occurs in a space that is safe, supported, and aligned with each individual’s readiness.
