Rachel Snitowsky, LCSW
Rachel Snitowsky is a licensed therapist, psilocybin facilitator, and founder of Wild Glow Alchemy in Denver. Her work blends spiritual work, neurodivergence and queer specialty care, a trauma-informed background with deep reverence for the healing potential of natural medicines, the world of woo-woo, and authentic human connection.
Rachel specializes in creating grounded, compassionate containers for individuals navigating healing, self-discovery, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and spiritual exploration. Her facilitation style is warm, intuitive, emotionally attuned, and deeply relational — balancing professionalism and safety with humanity, curiosity, and heart.
With a background in psychotherapy and years of experience supporting individuals and couples, Rachel approaches psychedelic work through a lens of nervous system awareness, preparation, integration, and ethical stewardship. She believes meaningful transformation comes not only from the medicine itself, but from the intentional support before, during, and after the experience.
Her time with clients is influenced by parts work, attachment theory, mindfulness, body kindness, and transpersonal perspectives, while remaining approachable and personalized to each client’s needs. Rachel is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, access greater clarity and self-compassion, and move toward lives that feel more aligned, embodied, and authentic.
In addition to individual facilitation, Rachel helps cultivate healing community through Wild Glow Alchemy’s workshops (yoga + breathwork + sound healing), group healing, and collaborative community wellness offerings.
