Nicole Ehrbar (she/her) is an Oregon-based facilitator dedicated to helping clients discover insights and make meaningful changes in their lives. Nicole brings a unique blend of experience and compassion to her practice as a result of her previous work in family law, child protective services, and domestic infant and foster care adoption. While working with a wide variety of clients, Nicole specializes in supporting individuals healing from the impact of physical and emotional childhood abuse and neglect. She is passionate about sitting with clients in their grief, joy, discomfort, vulnerability, and revelation as they move through their journey.
Nicole’s psilocybin facilitation is rooted in mindfulness and trauma-informed care, focusing on helping clients transform and thrive. With a warm and supportive presence, she assists clients throughout the process, from preparation to integration, to help them achieve lasting change.

Depression persisted for nearly a decade. I have tried antidepressants in the past. During that time, I didn’t feel good or like myself, and the medicine I was taking was making my mind dull. It was in January of this year that I decided to try this alternative therapy. I also selected Nicole to be my journey-therapy sitter. It was an incredible experience that brought back memories of my pre-depressive state. On a very deep level, the change is very real, but it’s also very subtle. I learned that regular antidepressants can’t help me heal or understand as much as this alternative therapy can. It’s already a second month after my journey, and this sort of “psychological dim glass” separating me from everyday experience is gone. I feel like I now have the time and resources to make some adjustments to my daily routine.
