Hi, I’m Jess, your holistic psychedelic therapist. And I’ve been there – the relentless inner turmoil, the cycle of talk therapy and medications – tried all the things.

It was during my own healing journey, I discovered the profound power of plant medicine and whole healing. It didn’t just ease my symptoms of depression and anxiety—it reconnected me to a deeper sense of purpose and spirituality.

It also led to carving out a new path beyond my 15+ year career in social work and addictions, one where I could support others in ways they hadn’t imagined possible.

Through integrating plant medicine with holistic practices such as meditation and mindfulness, parts work, and AcuDetox, clients are supported in releasing stuck patterns, calming their nervous system, and accessing their deep inner wisdom.
