As a licensed facilitator, I offer somatically-oriented psychedelic care, supporting clients to safely explore expanded states as a catalyst for body-based healing. I am also a physical therapist specializing in helping adults with persistent pain & other symptoms with myofascial release, yoga, breathwork, & somatic practices. My work is also shaped by my recovery from chronic pain and autoimmune symptoms.

Beyond my clinical practices, I founded Denver Holistic Health Collective in 2021, a network designed to support practitioners, foster collaboration, and expand access to integrative healthcare. I’m passionate about creating safe and empowering spaces that help people reconnect with themselves and their capacity for change. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me mountain biking, hiking, practicing yoga, or experimenting in the kitchen.
