I am the Founder and Managing Director of Cross the Road Coaching and Consulting, an executive and personal development firm focused on helping people experience their best lives. I lean into the power of psychedelic-assisted facilitation and inner healing intelligence to help my clients identify and dissolve long held limiting beliefs and discover powerful insights. As well as being a certified coach, I am a licensed psilocybin-assisted facilitator in both Colorado and Oregon. I have a BA in Psychology from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
